At L'ARTEMIS COLLECTION, our designer gowns are in high demand and are often reserved months in advance. For this reason, our Dress Hire Returns & Refund Policy differs from our retail purchases.

Online Dress Hire

Due to the limited availability of our gowns and the reservation of specific dates, all online dress hire bookings are final and are not eligible for refunds.

If you wish to change your booking before your hire period, please contact our team as soon as possible. Where availability permits, we will happily assist you in exchanging your booking for another available gown or an alternative hire date. Exchanges are subject to availability and any applicable price differences.

Boutique Dress Hire

If you have booked your dress hire through our boutique and wish to change your gown, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Exchanges are welcome prior to your collection date, provided another suitable gown is available for your event date. Our boutique offers a larger range of hire styles than our online collection, giving you more options should you wish to change your selection.

As our gowns are reserved exclusively for each booking, refunds are not available for change of mind.

Full Purchase Garments

Ready-to-Wear Purchases

If you have purchased a full-priced, ready-to-wear garment and it arrives with a manufacturing fault or damage that occurred prior to delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Where the garment is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, L'ARTEMIS COLLECTION will assess the item in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement or refund.

Made-to-Order & Custom-Sized Garments

Made-to-order and custom-sized garments are created specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind, incorrect sizing or event cancellations once production has commenced.

If your garment arrives with a verified manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately so we can work with the designer to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
